Within the Erasmus + project, Mission Possible: Health 2017-2019 we have made an trip to find out what are the herbs and species that grow in the mountains that surround us. Although the weather was not the best, we went out in the morning to take a walk and learn a little more about the properties of the most common plants in our meadows and forests. For that propose we invite an expert that help us recognising the different herbs that grow in the Basque mountains. He explained us how to disect a plant, how to recognise them depending on their flowers, roots and trunks.  We had a nice morning!
