We spent the fifth day of our meeting in our town, Ordizia. One of the most famous gastronomic products of our town is the Idiazabal cheese. Now that we are analyzing the nutrition in our project, we decided to go to a small cheese factory where Idiazabal cheese is produced. There, Joseba explained how he cares for his animals to get one of the best cheeses, and showed us his facilities. He explained how he produces his cheese and at the end of the visit he offered us a small example to taste. We all agreed that the cheese was delicious.
