Visit to cheese factory;

25 students from the project team visited the Ekici cheese factory which was a famous cheese factory in Antalya,. After getting information about the historical process and production of the factory, the students started to examine the departments of the factory  in order to see the production stages in the factory by considering  the hygiene rules. In the factory where 300 tons of milk were processed daily, the production stages  where 22 types of cheese were produced were shown and explained by the authorized persons . 12/13/2018
