During these weeks we have been analyzing our diet to analyze it and draw conclusions whether it is a healthy diet or not. For this we have chosen different typical products of our environment such as txistorra, tuna and Idiazabal cheese. We have made different recipes with these products and seen what can be their place in a healthy diet. We have also compared our diet of one week with a healthy diet to analyze it and know if what we are eating is within parameters that can be called healthy.
