The 9. grade students of Yusuf Ziya Öner Science High School made herbal soaps as an activity of Erasmus + Mission Possible Health project. They used sunflower oil, sodium hydroxide and lavender oil for making soap. They tried the soap and washed their hands and faces with the soaps they created. They enjoyed the activity a lot.

Some students told me that their big mothers also made soap. They said they wanted to make soap at home with the information they got.

Our students were very impressed with the cream making experience. They said that it was the first time that they made cream and some students revealed that their grandmothers used to make soap and they took lot of photos. The students stated that they wanted to make cream at home by using their experience and knowledge about making herbal soaps.
